This is a good conditioner - it does what it says. Im a 16 year old girl with pretty thick hair. I noticed an immediate difference in how much hair I lost when I showered. However, I had just switched from the Moisture conditioner, and noticed that the anti -breakage conditioner did not leave my hair as soft or manageable. My hair seemed thicker, which is not what Im going for since my hair is already very thick. I might buy more of this though, just to use occasionally to strengthen my hair because I do lose a lot of hair. But Im going back to the moisture conditioner. See more

I love it. Its the only tresemme product I use. I actually dont like the other products, but this one I like because it makes my hair extremely soft. I use it as a conditioner and sometimes as a leave-in (diluted with water) and its just perfect.
