For whatever reason I had TWO of these. Do not even think about buying these “curlers”, more like choppers. A month ago I was curling my lashes per usual, but when I went to release the clamp it took a whole section of my eyelashes right off. Note this is the second time this has happened to me. The first time i thought it was my fault for pressing too hard but now I realize it was the choppers. I was extremely furious bc my lashes had just grown out from the previous time. So before throwing this trash away, I took a look at the curlers to see wth was going on. I removed the pad only to realize there was an opening right in the middle of the pad all the way across. I open it and I discover hundreds of my little lashes in there!! At this point Im horrified bc I couldve made maybe 5 pairs of lashes with all of those lashes stashed in there. Needless to say, I did buy these for cheap so I learned my lesson. Oh and Ive attached a current picture of my gapped lashes. See more

I have used this curler for some time before and I noticed that it chopped my lashes in the outter and inner corner of my eyes, this was a new lash curler. Ive used one of these curlers before and it didnt do that. I thought it was my fault but I saw other people have the same experience and now I know its the eyelash curler. Do not recommend at all!

I bought this eyelash curler as a temporary replacement, secretly hoping it would be amazing and replace my expensive curler, but sadly it did not. I generally love Elf and love the majority of their products. Friends, this eyelash curler did me dirty. It CUT OFF MY EYELASHES. This is not a case of user error, I did not bring it too close to my lash line to rip them out. It literally sheared them off. I am devastated and angry beyond belief that this happened. Do not purchase this product, safe yourself the trouble.

I bought this two months ago and every time I use it I lose 1-3 lashes everytime and I dont even have that many to begin with! I would NOT recommend it even for the cheap price. You might as well not even curl your lashes at all with this trash of a product! The handle is stiff too and requires much force to clamp it. 0 stars for sure! Elf needs to compensate me for my lost lashes >:(

I bought this not even a month ago and it kept ripping out my eyelashes and the band inside the eyelash curler kept falling out! I wouldnt use it again, it really sucks
