I was ecstatic about this eyeliner at first because it swatched really well, it was cheap, and it seemed pretty easy to apply. I broke it out of the box and applied it to both of my lids. To my dismay, I had to remove all of my eye makeup within a minute after because my eyelids felt like they were on fire! When I was finally able to completely remove the liner, tiny bumps above my upper lashline were left behind and the skin that had the liner on it turned yellow. Im very disappointed in this product and I really hope that elf changes the formula so this wont happen to anyone else. See more

Just recently bought this eyeliner in Midnight because I thought it was going to be a dark black. Found out its blue and it stains my skin. I showered to help get the stains off and it ended up staining my contacts blue! I really like elf but they dropped the ball on this one.

I bought this a few months ago and recently reached for it for the first time since I bought it, only to have it splatter all over my hands and face. Not sure what the reviews below are talking about saying it was dry, the colour was dripping all over my hands as soon as I took off the cap. There was just no way to use it on my eyelid because it kept immediately gathering a blob of ink ready to drip, and when I tried to close the cap it splattered all over. Unfortunately, had to throw it out.

I bought this last night and tested it on my face when I got home then tried to take it off but it wouldnt come off (it left a blue stain on my face)

This liner runs dry so fast. I got done with one eye and couldnt finish the other because it dried out. Luckily it was very cheap. The color is very good though.
