Ive been using this mascara (not the waterproof) for many years. Last few tubes I have noticed how difficult it is to take all of it off. I also have been finding clumps in the tube after the 2nd or 3rd use. I use a good mascara remover and still after I think I have gotten all of it off, I find some under my lower lashes. I dont put mascara on my lower lashes to begin with!!! HELP!!!
