Maybelline New York Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation, Rich Tan

This is a very nice drugstore makeup. It has a medium coverage I would say. I always use a primer and then apply foundation, This foundation went on smooth. It was a matte finish so I did not have any shine on my face which is what I prefer and love when it comes to makeup. This foundation is a light weight feel, I did not notice it at all on my face. It gave great coverage, and blended well with other foundations, and seems to be buildable for more coverage. My only complaint is there is no pump. I hate not having a pump cause I am clumsy for one and spill my foundation and seem to get WAAAY to much and feel like I waste it. Overall I am very satisfied with this foundation I have a broad range of makeup and compare this to my higher end foundation with coverage capabilites. Seemed to stay on all day while I am at work. I did not notice it rubbing off on anything throughout the day either. I was provided a jar of this foundation for free, thru the spark reviewer program. All time favorite drugstore foundation!! Im shade 112. It applies and blends so easy && it really does last all day. Does not break up or get patchy. I use drugstore foundation everyday & I love Revlon color stay & Loreal. I never had tried Maybelline foundation though I have tried their various other products & love them. This foundation is really amazing on my skin & I love it. I have been using this everyday now. My skin is normal with no large pores, no break outs, no discolorations & oily mostly on t-zone. With all these, this foundation is perfect for me for true matte finish. The packaging is glass bottle & with no pump just have to pour the foundation. It is little bit watery when I compare to my revlon color stay but right consistency to apply. I usually add a bit of moisturizer & mix at the back of my hand before I apply to my face. I have this in color true beige which is slightly dark for me than others I own but its not terrible mismatch so I still can use it up in the summer months. The maybelline website suggests to apply & blend evenly on face with fingers. I have used it that way & also with the up&up brush which I love for foundations. Both work great to give a flawless finish. I get full coverage which is what I want in my foundation & I also need it to stay the same entire day! This meets my expectation. I get oily on nose area usually & this foundation leaves little bit oil on nose though set with powder by end of day but not very bad. I have used loreal true match powder & coty airspun powder in translucent alongwith this foundation. Both works great. The foundation when applied on face feels so soft & smooth on skin which is visible. It stayed well for entire day even when out in sun at 60 deg F temperature in weekend without changing any bit of other makeup on face or any touch ups & didnt ever break down my skin. I love this foundation & I will try different shade as well which will match my skin more closely. There are various range of colors to choose from this range of foundation which I checked on the maybelline website & in store as well. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good matte foundation & smooth skin finish. See more

Its always been tough finding a foundation that matches my complexion that is affordable and lives up to its name. I rarely wear foundation often times I wear bronzer. I have combination to oily skin in and my tzone area seems to be the oiliest BUT this foundation is amazing at keeping my skin at bay with the oil and it provides a matte finish all day long love it
