We have purchased Equate for Severe Allergy & Sinus Headache at our local Walmart store for several years and it is similar to the Benadryl tablets that we use to purchase but is no longer available. The reason we like this product is because it has only 5 mg of Nasal Decongestant along with the Antihistamine in one tablet that is good for 4 hours. Due to high blood pressure problems our family can not use anything that has more than 5 mg of Nasal Decongestant in a tablet and we need both the small amount of Nasal Decongestant and Antihistamine together in a product to help our allergy problems . In recent weeks the local Walmart stores have not stocked this particular merchandise and have started stocking allergy and sinus medicine we can not use. Therefore, it was necessary for us to order a big supply for our family online so we can prevent allergy attacks and sinus blockage problems. See more

I love this product ,helps to keep my sinus under control, remember to take them at the first sign of sinus .Happy customer havent been to the emergency hospital for a long while for my sinus problems. My main downfall is when am out of this product or they are out of stock, I suffer..... Thanks for this product..

I have chronic allergic rhinitis. In my experience, this Walmart-brand over-the-counter medication is as effective as the more expensive Benadryl severe allergy.

Ive been taking Equate Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache Caplets for several years. It is very effective at controlling my allergy symptoms and stopping headaches. And very inexpensive!

This medication works as well as the name brand and costs less than half. I order on line because it is hard to find in the store as they always seem to be out.
