I was very excited to have the chance to try this product free thanks to Smiley360! Im also glad to see that Nexium has become available over the counter so no more to needing to pay the doctor every 6 months to get a refill! Nexium is the best anti-acid that i have ever used, for myself it doesnt cause stomach discomfort like others similar do and it also REALLY works at controlling your acid reflux when taken properly. I personally feel relief all day and night when i take it so i dont really have to worry about what Im eating in that sense. It truly has been my little lifesaver! See more

I have been having problems with acid rrflux & heartburn for years, it was so bad that sometimes I would wake up at night with acid and burning all the way up to my throat where I would feel like I couldnt breathe and I would chug water bottle after water bottle and eat millions of tums to get any sort of relief l! If that didnt happen I would be up in the middle of the night just from the constant heartburn Id feel as soon as I tried to go to sleep. I received my free sample of Nexium 24 to review and have never received so much relief !! Even though it says that it can take 4 days to effect you mine seem to kick in after the first night ! These past few nights have been great for the first time in so many years I sleep without any heartburn, no waking up in the middle of the night from heartburn. It was magical. I was able to test and review Nexium 24HR Tablets for free, which I was so excited to try. The best part about these is that you do not need a prescription! The difference with Nexium 24HR tablets is that you take them for 14 days for 24 hour relief. These are easy to swallow tablets and when taken with a full glass of water, should be tasteless. Within about 3 days, I could tell that it was working. I was able to drink orange juice and jalapenos on my nachos without the feel of heartburn. I am in love with this product. Since starting my 14 day Nexium regime, I have not had as many heartburn flare ups which is amazing. It has been about 3 weeks and I think that I had heartburn once after taking Nexium 24HR. If you should need more than 14 day relief, it is recommended to see your doctor because you may have a different condition that needs medical attention. Remember: Nexium 24HR is intended for the treatment of frequent heartburn only.It does not treat acid reflux, GERD or indigestion! I started a trial of Nexium 24 hour about a week ago and have been pleasantly surprised! Honestly, I wasnt sure how it would be, I typically just live with the heartburn but Ive tried some products on and off, nothing was ever really good enough for me to keep taking. Really glad I tried this one though, takes a couple of days to really kick in but once it does... Good stuff! I had to go and get a box for my husband this weekend! I recieved a trial from Smiley 360 to use this product in exchange for an honest review. The first day, when switching, I experienced a little bit of heartburn, but that could have been due to switching and my previous medication. I have not had one stitch of heartburn since using this product for two weeks. I am so impressed with the product that I plan on switching as soon as I am able to get out and purchase my own box. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who experiences heartburn on a regular or semi-regular basis (after talking to your doctor, of course).
