I had been suffering with BPPV, a type of vertigo, for months. I tried this product and it made my life normal again. Ultimately I saw a vestibular specialist who got everything in my ears back to where they should be. But the generic Dramamine got my life on track when I had tasks that needed to be completed.

I have to take these daily, i used to take 25 mg 2x per day, i like taking this better, 1 pill in the morning and I am good for the day, they last all day for motion sickness, vertigo, dizzy spells, etc. I have Meneres disease and this is my life. Thank you for making the new 50 mg tablet, I really prefer it.

I took one while I was taking a 2-hour round trip car ride - It made me SO sleepy. Within 15 minutes of leaving my house, I fell fast asleep and never woke up until we were back home... I am not like that with any other medication. I never sleep in the car, nor do I ever nap. They do work, but be prepared for sleepiness! Next time, Ill take half of a tablet.
