Helped with my wifes dizziness, although it did make her drowsy. She said it was better to be drowsy than dizzy. Ended up being low iron, but these do help.

This is the first time Ive used a motion sickness medicine, Im in my early 40s and the last few years roller coasters and the virtual reality rides have been making me sick, I heard a lady taking about Bonine one day so I took it before I went to Dollywood . I didnt expect much but I rode the rides all day without getting sick, I cant believe it, I just wish I would have found it sooner. Great product.
