I think this supplement has great flavors. I liked that there was different flavors so you werent eating just the same flavor everyday. I didnt see a whole lot of change in the way I felt or the way it made me feel. Definitely think I needed to add this into my daily routine for a healthier gut. I have tried other probiotics and I think these are the better tasting ones. I didnt notice any negative affects with these. Ive been looking for a product to help with my gut health even though I eat a balanced diet that includes a significant amount of fiber each day. The Align DualBiotic Gummies come in a variety of flavors and taste like a little treat so they are perfect for people who do not like swallowing pills. Im starting with 2 each day to see if I notice any changes, but the directions say you can take up to 4 per day. Im excited to see how they work over time. If you are looking for this item, check near the Fiber Gummies. I went to two different Walmart stores and all the vitamin gummies, no matter if they are fiber or not, are located in this section. I attended a wine class yesterday and of course the person next to me was coughing and sneezing all day. I picked up these Align DualBiotic Gummies immediately to attempt to ward off any germs. The gummy bottle smells like maraschino cherries, but I cant tell much difference between flavors. A sweet way to get my vitamins!

I tried the Align DuelBiotic Prebiotic to see if it would make a difference in my health. The gummies taste really good. There are grape,cherry and orange. They dont have a vitamin/medicine taste at all. They taste just like gummies candy. They are very soft and easy to chew. Now to the healthy gut part. I have no idea if it works or not. Are you supposed to feel a difference, I dont know. I do know that it has the healthy bacteria in it,which is a good thing. Would I buy these again, probably. I feel that if I can take something that helps keeps my Stomach in great working order like Align DualBiotic Gummies then I am happier and more worry free. They taste great and have been working well. I would honestly recommend these to people that are especially active and may not have the time to eat a cup of yogurt.
