After years of teeth being sensitive to heat and cold foods I have finally been able to enjoy foods again. There is a definite improvement in quality of pleasure of enjoyment eating hot and cold foods.
I was looking for the perfect middle since my teeth are not that sensitive and I had a problem with the other Sensodyne toothpastes which left my mouth feeling really dry and practically killed my taste buds because of the overpowering residue. This contains stannous fluoride instead of sodium fluoride, which means no dry mouth and the taste was mild enough to keep my breath fresh without the funky feeling in my mouth. Definitely sticking to this from now on.
This toothpaste is a lifesaver when it comes to sensitive teeth. I had two broken wisdom teeth that were in excruciating pain. After about the 3rd time using it (2nd day after purchasing) it began to work. And as I continued to use it it worked better and better. Soothing without numbing which is a welcomed relief. I would recommend this product for causes as extreme as mine as well as minor sensitivity. Make sure you go to the dentist though.

I will be the first to admit that I have what my dentists have described as "bad teeth." Genetically, my teeth have many crevices and are prone to cavities even with obsessive care and cleaning. I have been using it twice daily for the past four weeks and have been pleasantly surprised with the decrease in my tooth sensitivity. Additionally, my teeth do seem whiter. Out of every benefit though, my favorite part about the toothpaste is how my teeth feel after I clean them; it seems like this toothpaste protects against plaque much better than my old brand. For hours after brushing my teeth, my teeth still feel smooth. I also love how minty the toothpaste is. In the morning, the flavor of the toothpaste helps me wake up without overpowering me. Overall, the value of this toothpaste is phenomenal. After my four week trial, I cannot see myself going back to my old toothpaste.
