Ive taken Allegra brand allergy medicine for years because it works! Research shows you should switch your allergy medicine every so often to help attain optimal benefit but Im severely sensitive to many things including meds and cant tolerate any other allergy med but Allegra which says tons about it. I have no side effects with Allegra, though I do suffer from trying to switch. Ive learned this is the best for me and Im guessing it will be for you :)

Works better than any of the other popular allergy remedies I have tried. Use it also for itchy skin and works for that, too. I dont use the "D" version because the decongestant raises the blood pressure.
