Easy to apply with the foam. I used John Frieda Brilliant Brunette 4BG Dark Chocolate Brown to get a more natural look after getting a balayage ombré last spring. Im very happy with the results.

I have been coloring my own hair for seventeen years. This was the first Foam Hair dye I have tried and I loved it! I have shoulder length Hair and normally I have to use two boxes because I have thick hair, but One box of the foam was enough for all my hair with this Product. The foam made it so much easier to cover all of your hair. I would recommend this to anyone learning how to color there own hair it would be so much easier for them. On the plus side it made my hair super soft! I noticed it as soon as I had washed the color out before even adding the conditioner. It has a great shine to it and I love the color. It is the Bold Dark Chocolate Brown I have been looking for, it was just what I wanted. It looks like I went and had a professional color it. I would recommend this Product to every one! :) I will add I left it in my hair for the full 30 minutes not the 20 minutes. See more

First off this stuff smelled AMAZING! It didnt have that gross overpowering smell that home hair dye always seems to have. The foam went on super easy.. It usually takes me 2 boxes to do my hair and I had left over foam! I was so surprised at how rich and gorgeous the colour came out. It was so beautiful and my hair felt amazing after using it. It even covered the stubborn washed out blonde in my hair left over from when my hair was pink.

After a TON of research, I finally decided to save $150 and color my own hair at home. I have been salon EXCLUSIVE for years, and wouldnt dream of doing my own color, for fear of "Sharpie hair syndrome." I was afraid that Id end up stereotypical home-color results. After my experience with the Precision Foam Color, my views of home coloring have switched 180 degrees. My friends cant believe the results, and are going to purchase the home color, as well.
