This shade is so pretty, it chipped after about 3 days, but I did not use a base or top coat. It is a great color for toenails. And it was not very expensive.

The first time I used this, the lib came apart from the brush. I work with kids doing their nails a lot so this was inconvenient. The polish does dry pretty quickly so that is a plus!
The wet n wild Wild Shine Nail Color-Who is Ultra Violet? is a beautiful standout color of purple! I bought mine to paint my many cords attaching my electronic devices different colors. wet n wild offers a great variety of bright colors to choose from and a very inexpensive price! I have painted each end of the cord the same color on each end so I can trace them back to where they are plugged in. This is especially helpful behind my desk where my computer is and is very hard to get to!
I am not one for color but I do love my nail to shine. wet n wild shine is perfect. After applying the base coat and 2 layers of clear nail my nail almost look like a French manicure.
