The equate overnight extra heavy flow mazi pad with wings is a hit at my house. My eleven year old has just started getting her monthly friend so of course i wanted to buy some name brand maxi pads for her. Then I thought about it I which to equate a few years back and everything has stayed in place so I thought why not let her try them out. They where a hit no spill or leaks. The overnights works great they catch every drop. And the price is outstanding. Cant be beat. You will get twice as many with equate prices then any other brand. Me and my eleven year old thanks you equate be for being affordable and as good as any of the name brand maxi pads on the market. I always tell my friend about equate maxi pads, and they have every size and style. So if you are like me with more then one women getting her monthly friend in the house equate is the way to go to catch every type of flow. See more

Before I tried this particular overnight pad, I would have to double layer the "thin" or "regular" thickness overnight pads in order to not bleed through during the night. Heavy and extra heavy pads were never absorbent enough. The similar sized (i.e. extra thick) pads would not stay fitted properly and caused leaks. The thicker pads I tried also twisted around to adhesive side up which was both very uncomfortable and caused them to not absorb correctly, so was also messy. I am concerned about toxic shock syndrome so I do not use tampons. I tried every brand of "overnight" or "extra heavy" pads out there at the time and none of them were up to it. I found these about three years ago and have not tried another heavy flow overnight pad since. I would definitely compare these with any of the "Always" products for sure. See more

I buy these pads for my 18 yr old dog, who can no longer hold his urine. I use it for his belly bands and it works great. Its very absorbent, its perfect!

Because I have a heavy flow, I thought this would be the perfect product to review for me. I do wish more would come in the package, however, I understand because of the size why they are packaged so. They are big enough to cover front to back and two sets of side tabs as well. Although I like them because they cover all, I cant say they are the most comfortable feminine protection pads on the market. I do not wear them out, only inside and mostly at night. I guess one can not get so much protection in a thinner pad. So, the bulkiness of it is warranted. That is truly a downer for me because I mainly need the protection overnight. They really do their job and absorb lots. They are made of good quality as compared to name brand products. There is no cheap feel about them and I believe, will stand up to the heaviest flow. They do remind me of the ones given at the hospital after child birth. I would recommend these for those who have heavy flows as I do and dont mind a little discomfort(Just a little). As stated above, if only they could cram more in the package or offer a larger package with more. Other than that, I am satisfied with this product. I did give it four stars only because of the slight discomfort when wearing them because of the bulkiness. See more

I found these pads to be long enough. I usually have a hard time getting them long enough. The wings didnt seem to want to work right. like they didnt want to stick to my underwear after folding them over. They work pretty good and I will purchase them again. Over all they are a fairly good buy
