I was very disappointed with the Tena Overnight pads. I wear the Equate brand pads and love them, but they were back-ordered and thought I would try the Tena as they had good reviews. I wear the overnight 24/7 and these pads bunch up and do not absorb well, leaving my underwear to get wet spots along the elastic. Then I have to change underwear each time I change a pad. I will finish off this package of 48, but I will NOT be buying the Tena brand again.

These pads were great and that is why I continued to purchase them but this last batch I ordered are not the same. The pads are not as thick. It seems the manufacture of the pads may have changed. I hope they go back to the thicker pads.
