I usually do not write reviews but I got so frustrated that I had to write one. I know all the comments by OralB state that the formula has not changed but something did change. It didn&#8217;t happen just now but about 2 years ago. I have been buying this product for a long time but in the last 1-2 years the product quality has definitely changed for the worst. It breaks and is so frustrating to keep going back to the container to get more. I used to love this product now it&#8217;s only frustrating to use it. I wish they would stop saying &#8220;we have not changed the formula &#8220; and actually fix the problem. See more

I love Glide floss but will swtich to another brand because this is the second time the packaging has fallen apart. This is one of the most expensive flosses on the market, but if I cant use it becuase the cutter popped off or the whole package snapped open and wont close, I might as well buy the cheap floss. Shame that compaines try to save a buck but DO NOT pass the savings on the the consumer. We just get a cheaper product. Bye.

My wife and I have used Glide for many years; however, it now shreds and breaks easily. The Glide sample we get from our dental hygienist is stronger and does not shred. It definitely is not the same product.

In the absolute worst packaging. I bought a 5-pack, they have jammed in the containers and i can only salvage it by hacking pieces off the roll each day. Wont buy this again.

Like other customers say in other kind of Glide pro-health, I 100% agree that the quality of the products has gone worse. I loved Glide pro-health because it was thicker and stronger among competitors. But this new one I purchased in May 2018 got 1/2 size thinner and so easy to break. The green color package even changed a bit more translucent, maybe they are trying to save ink? I really miss the old one. Please change it back!
